Graduate (New Professionals) Program

Our two-year program provides graduates with broad-based, hands-on experience led by experienced managers and mentors in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As an Ausenco New Professional, you will:

  • Get hands-on experience, coaching and feedback as part of a high-achieving team
  • Network, socialise and share experiences with senior leaders and other graduates from across our global organisation

Students and undergraduates

Our undergrad program gives you the opportunity to grow your skills by working on real projects, consulting assignments and business activities with experts who are leaders in their field.

Placements (when available) are in Brisbane and Perth, Australia, for third- and fourth-year students in the design and project work areas.

North America

South America

We offer graduate opportunities in Brazil, Peru, Chile and Argentina.


In Chile, we offer a one-year trainee program to engineering graduates. Trainees are assigned a mentor to guide and support them during the program. They receive direction from a lead engineer in their area of specialty.


Our Mendoza office offers internships through the National Technological University (UTN), National University of Cuyo and the National University of Salta.
