Alindor is an electronic engineer based in Peru, with over 25 years of experience developing major engineering and construction projects for the mining, hydrocarbon and steel industries. In his role, he oversees and manages regional projects, including Glencore's Corcohuayco pre-feasibility project. He excels at creating proactive and aligned work teams where innovation and process streamlining are encouraged for adding value to the services.
Alindor's extensive experience includes the direction, planning and management of engineering and construction projects for open pit and underground mining operations, applying international standards (NEC, NETA, NFPA72, ISA, etc.) under PMI and Agile Scrum methodologies. He has held key positions in all phases of FEL (Front-End Loading) engineering of a project, including prefeasibility, feasibility, concept and basic studies, as well as detailed engineering, project construction supervision, operational project development and operations optimization.
Alindor has held various positionsincluding Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Superintendent and Engineering Director in major mining companies in the region. Key projects include; Antamina's Strategic Projects, Chinalco's Toromocho Plant Operational Projects and Optimization, Nexa's Magistral-FEL3 and Minsur's Underground Mine Project. In addition, he successfully led the pilot program for the application of Agile methodology in a project of Las Bambas.
Alindor attended the School of Electronic Engineering at the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego in Peru and holds an MSc in Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Peru.
