Andrew has completed a Master of Business in Applied Finance to augment his Master of Business Administration (MBA). These degrees coupled with experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt has allowed Andrew to technically and financially evaluate process improvement projects and drive organisational change through ensuring projects have a high degree of buy-in from operational and management teams. Andrew has experience across a broad range of commodities.

His career highlights include designing and commissioning a $45M increased recovery project which resulted in a 6% increase in copper recovery and a 10% increase in gold recovery; managing the design and test work for a copper heap leach pre-feasibility study including trade off studies for different copper production methods; and facilitating a reduction in crusher no feed time utilising cross functional teams which resulted in 40 minutes extra production per day.
