While we strive for a one-size-fits-all solution, the diversity and complexities of our projects often challenge this ideal. Our approach to Project Services, therefore, focusses on good industry practice based on established core principles, with the flexibility to tailor and scale the solutions to meet the specific requirements of each project.

Brad is a Project Manager with over 25 years of expertise in the areas of estimating, cost, planning, procurement, contracts, change, risk and information management. He brings a holistic perspective to projects services, having worked for the owners’ team, engineering contractors and construction contractors in Africa, Australia, Latin America and Asia.

Brad’s career began as a site engineer, which transitioned into project controls, working on gold, aluminum, platinum, ferrochrome smelters and mineral sands projects in South Africa, Ghana and Mozambique. He joined Ausenco’s Brisbane office in 2005, and during this initial period at Ausenco was Project Controls Manager for the Phu Kham Copper Project in Laos. He left Ausenco in 2009, spending the next 6 years on the owners' side delivering projects in Australia.

Brad rejoined Ausenco in 2015 as a functional Project Services Manager for the APAC region. In 2017, he moved into the role of Project Services Manager for the Mina Justa Project in Peru, where he is responsible for the integration of processes, systems, procedures and information flow between Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction and Project Controls, as well as assisting and deputizing for the Project Director.
