True operational readiness is not a destination; it is an ongoing journey of learning, optimization, and innovation.

Christopher brings more than 10 years of experience as a project manager in the construction and mining industries. He has held leadership positions overseeing strategy development and growth in the mining sector for projects involving design, construction execution, plant shutdowns, startups, and commissioning of new process equipment projects.

His experience includes leading large multidisciplinary projects from conception to project closure, where he implemented improvements that resulted in reduced labour costs, streamlining of processes, and increased efficiency. Recently, on a project involving the design and installation of a high-temperature hydrogen attack LTS to improve ammonia productivity, his leadership resulted in annual savings of more than $2M for the client.

As an expert in operational readiness, Christopher is responsible for strategy development, implementation and execution using a well-defined structured approach and framework. Some of Christopher’s most important operational readiness projects include the Clark Compressors Net Zero, Distributed Control Systems Upgrades, Fatality Prevention Standards, Structural Integrity Program Implementation and Freedom Group Expansion projects.

Christopher excels in teamwork and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients by challenging conventional methodologies and work processes. He is an industry-recognized professional that has been awarded with the Sherritt 2021 President's Award for Operational Excellence.
