Cindy has worked in the minerals processing industry for over 25 years, 20 of which have been spent in the EPCM projects and engineering services sector. Cindy has led projects spanning all development phases from concept through to commissioning. She has gained deep, broad-based project delivery knowledge, having completed eight execution phase projects and numerous feasibility studies, audits and design reviews. As a result of her extensive global project experience, Cindy has gained industry-leading understanding of precious and base metals mineral processing for a range of ore types. Cindy has a keen interest in project optimisation and value enhancement.

As the Manager of the Process Engineering group in Vancouver, Cindy is responsible for providing engineering expertise to projects, and leading the technical aspects of the process engineering scope. This role includes establishment of technical standards, quality reviews and mentoring of technical staff.
Project experience at Ausenco includes lead process engineering roles on Atlantic Gold’s Fifteen Mile Stream project feasibility study, Paramount Nevada’s Grassy Mountain gold project feasibility study and Frist Mining Gold’s Springpole project prefeasibility study.

Cindy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a certificate in business management in mining. She is a member of the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a registered professional engineer with ECSA.
