Daniele is a Senior Reliability Engineer based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with over 13 years of consulting experience in port engineering, reliability and asset management, and projects management in the mining, logistics and automotive sectors. She brings significant experience in implementing and training staff on new methodologies , leading maintenance optimization projects, zero-based budget generation, and using asset optimization software such as Orien.

Daniele joined Ausenco in 2019 as a reliability engineer in the Asset Management and Optimization group. In her role as Senior Reliability Engineer, she works with teams across South America to optimize the maintenance strategy for a global mining client operating in Brazil. Since the project’s inception, she has led the implementation of Orien software, and provided technical leadership and training to the team.

Daniele has published two research articles on Asset Management and regularly presents at conferences and trade shows across South America:

Daniele has a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Unisanta, S.P., a diploma in Port Engineering from UFRJ, R.J., and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UniBH, M.G.
