I find the development of long-term client relationships and staff mentoring to be some of the most fulfilling aspects of my job, being able to support others to meet common goals and objectives through collaboration.

Elyse brings vital experience in several sectors and technical disciplines to the table to help clients navigate permitting requirements and efficiently implement solutions for their projects. Her extensive experience includes aquatic and terrestrial ecology, environmental assessment, permitting and approvals, and erosion and sediment control.

Elyse has developed her skills through involvement in projects within western and northern Canada and across a range of sectors including renewable energy, mining, transportation, infrastructure development, and oil and gas. Elyse also has specialized training and expertise in the planning and implementation of sediment and erosion control practices as a CPESC which, coupled with vast experience with Environmental Monitoring projects, allows her to strategically write and implement Management Plans that make sense for all parties involved. Elyse sits on the Board of Directors for the Erosion and Sediment Control Association – Alberta and the Canadian Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association.

Elyse is passionate about positive leadership and building a workplace culture around collaboration and transparency. She combines her deep understanding of Project Management with these leadership skills as the VP, Projects to implement the Project Management Office function and support Strategic or Major Projects across Canada and globally.
