Gustavo is a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of international experience in engineering and project management for mining and metals, infrastructure, and water treatment projects. As a specialist in project execution, Gustavo is responsible for supporting regional projects across South America.

Gustavo brings extensive experience in project scheduling, cost control and construction for EPC and EPCM projects. In addition, he has excellent skills in scheduling and resource estimations, as well as understanding and estimating staffing needs. He has held various roles across EPC and EPCM projects, including project manager, engineering manager, project coordinator, and field engineering and construction manager.

Gustavo has been involved in numerous studies, project execution designs and technical and economic evaluations for equipment purchases for large projects. His international career has taken him to Australia, Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Peru, and South Africa.

Some of his key projects include independent consulting for the Lithium Carbonate Plant Project in Argentina; EPCM Engineering Manager for the Carbones del Cerrejón expansion project in Colombia; and Project Manager for the Toquepala Expansion Project in Peru.

Gustavo has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and an MBA from the Universidad del Desarrollo.
