I am truly passionate about adding value to every project I participate in. It’s not just about expanding a project, but about exceeding the client's expectations and delivering solutions that maximize their investment.

His visionary approach and management skills have successfully led multidisciplinary projects across the globe, including Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, the United States, and Australia.

Two landmark projects in his career at Ausenco are Ironbridge in Australia, where he pioneered South American pipeline management in the country, and the EWSE project for BHP, which involved the expansion of Minera Escondida. This project exceeded client objectives by reducing costs without compromising quality and sustainability. According to Gustavo, these projects exemplify Ausenco's holistic approach.

Currently, as Director of Pipelines for Chile and Peru, Gustavo leads teams from the initial stages of projects through to implementation and operation. He demonstrates a strong client focus, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to build solid teams.
