He specialises in the design, development, construction, and project management of industrial and infrastructure projects including rail, rapid transit, hydro, institutional, commercial, energy, and residential. His extensive structural design experience includes working with concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and lightweight fills. He has provided expertise on various projects, including industrial buildings, bridges, abutments, embankments, tunnels, retaining structures, culverts, roads, rail and pavement.

His skills further encompass building design, retrofits and upgrades, complex problem solving, Ontario building codes, site development and planning, and client relations. His extensive experience and diverse skill set make him an asset to any project.

John’s recent project accomplishments include the construction of an 8000m2 two-storey building for Rockwool, located in Milton, Ontario. In this project, John oversaw all aspects of structural design and construction review. Another noteworthy project was the upgrade and expansion of the Kettle Mill Building at the Canadian Gypsum Company (CGC) in Hagersville, Ontario. As the project manager and the engineer of record, John was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish.

John received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering with honours from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
