I am passionate about unlocking the full potential of underperforming circuits by identifying key constraints and developing an effective solution to maximize circuit productivity.

Kevin is a Metallurgical Engineer with over 10 years of experience providing site support for process optimization, including debottlenecking and continuous improvements for comminution/grinding circuits. As a Senior Process Consultant at Ausenco, he is responsible for providing troubleshooting and debottlenecking support for our clients' comminution circuits.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience and insight into operating and optimizing crushing/grinding circuits as well as process control and pushing the limits of an asset's potential. He is part of the Global Operations Optimization group – providing unique optimization solutions to our global clients.

Kevin recently worked as a comminution metallurgist at Newmont's (Newmont Goldcorp) Penasquito Mine in Mexico. He drove a large portion of the optimisaiton, debottlenecking and continuous improvement work on the hybrid SAG-HPGR comminution circuit.

Kevin has co-authored two articles - 'Optimization Opportunities at Newmont Goldcorp's Penasquito Operation" and "Criticality of Appropriate Control System Design on High-Pressure Grinding Rolls." He has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
