Luis brings extensive experience managing engineering projects and dedication to enhance project outcomes for our clients in Brazil and abroad. His expertise includes working with logistics, dry bulk materials handling, liquid bulk, rotating, static, cranes, and HVAC equipment.
Being flexible and highly adaptive, Luis draws from a broad range of industry experience – from feasibility and investment analysis to plant start-up support– to improve quality, promote collaboration and deliver value for clients.
Luis has held various positions as project manager, project coordinator, and mechanical engineer consultant in a diversity of port, terminals, and oil & gas projects in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Middle East. Recent projects include the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for iron ore and cooper concentrate loading, transportation, and shiploading facilities.
Luis holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from FEI University Centre in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Toronto, Canada. During his professional career, he has been an active member of the Regional Council of Engineering, Architecture, and Agronomy of Sao Paulo.
