Mica is an industrial engineer with over 19 years of experience in study management and project execution across the mining, oil and gas, and government sectors. She specializes in managing complex, multidisciplinary studies and bringing diverse stakeholder groups together to deliver clear, business-ready outcomes.
Mica oversees a portfolio of mining studies across North America, from early-stage concepts through feasibility and into execution. Mica is known for her ability to integrate process, metallurgy, infrastructure, cost and schedule disciplines while maintaining clear communication with clients, regulators, and project teams.
Through her technical depth, project experience, and forward-thinking approach, Mica is advancing the way mining studies are delivered, driving innovation, integration, and inclusivity across the value chain.
A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in mining, Mica is an active member of Women in Mining USA, where she mentors emerging professionals and promotes greater representation of women in the industry.
Mica holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
