Morgan is the Director of Human Environment for Western Canada.

Morgan has been a practitioner of project-based engagement and consultation for over a decade. She is highly experienced in Indigenous engagement and consultation, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, stakeholder relations, strategic planning, project management, and project negotiations.

Morgan leads highly successful engagement and consultation teams through a variety of permitting processes including the British Columbia Environmental Assessment, the Canadian Impact Assessment Agency, the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and the Canadian Transportation Agency.

Morgan’s strengths are enhanced by her ability to problem solve through innovative approaches and creative solutions. As a leader, Morgan is committed to inclusion, fostering, and nurturing authentic relationships, and is attentive to team dynamics. She coaches flexibility to encourage success, communicates and presents effectively, and takes great pride in cultivating the potential in others.
