Pablo’s experience centres around development and implementation of asset management systems, digitization strategies, and reliability-related processes and procedures that incorporate risk and opportunities management and continuous improvement. On projects, he often works with stakeholders from different cultures and countries around the world and is proficient at developing solutions that meet all stakeholder needs.
His leadership approach is to keep a positive mindset and demonstrate commitment and proactiveness. Pablo’s approach has resulted in a proven track record of success on his projects, including significant improvements in client systems and processes that lead to increased efficiency and productivity. He has won several awards and recognition for his work, including the 2019 CEO’s HSSE & SP Award in the delivering performance in Global HSSE & SP risk areas category, for his work on the Kashagan Asset Performance project. He was also the winner of the Upstream International Impact Award in the category of optimizing production, on the Pearl GTL Commissioning and Start-up Incidents Learning project.
Pablo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela and a diploma in Integrated Reliability for Assets and Systems from the University of Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela.
