In his role as Vice President Project Execution, SoAm, Pedro plays a crucial role in developing strategies, managing, controlling and guiding the execution phase of all large-scale projects in the region. His primary responsibility lies in ensuring we meet the objectives of each project. Additionally, Pedro leads the smooth transition of projects from the study stage to execution, providing support in bidding processes for teams in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil.

In his recent contributions to mega-projects prior to joining Ausenco, his performance stands out as Project Manager in the expansion of Los Bronces, the conception and development of the third copper concentrator plant at Minera Escondida, OGP1 project, and his leadership in the Spence Growth Option (SGO) project. This work allowed him to oversee the operation of more than 10 mills, including the most significant mining industry projects recently undertaken in Chile.

Pedro is a Mechanical Civil Engineer from University of ConcepciĆ³n and holds an MBA from Tulane University, United States. His expertise in implementing substantial transformations in projects, while leveraging technology and construction strategies, translates into innovative solutions for the mining and metals sector.
