Reza is an experienced mechanical engineer with expertise in all aspects of mechanical and piping design engineering. He has held numerous project-based roles as an engineer, including design engineer, lead mechanical engineer and engineering manager in design projects for greenfield and brownfield plants.

Throughout his career, Reza has led and mentored engineering teams and has a passion for mentoring and developing young engineers.

Reza’s design specialities includes:

  • Mineral processing equipment design and associated calculations
  • Materials handling equipment design including belt conveyors and stockpile machines
  • Transfer chute design, troubleshooting and optimisation
  • Pumping and piping system design for water and slurry pipelines
  • Piping flexibility and stress analysis
