Rodrigo, as Ausenco's Regional Principal Specialist in Geotechnical & Tailings, is responsible for making sure we use the best practices and standards in designing and managing facilities in our regional services.

His experience at Ausenco is distinguished by his holistic approach to tailings management, enabling him to create value propositions and make a distinctive impact on each project. This work is complemented by ongoing, effective communication with clients throughout project administration and execution.

One of his key projects involves the "Specialized Engineering for Water and Tailings" service under a framework contract with Codelco. This project aims to meet international standards by updating, improving, and establishing corporate standards and practices for Codelco's tailings facility safety and governance, along with supporting specific studies in this area.

Rodrigo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Chile, an MBA in Business Management and Administration, and diplomas in Quality Management and Productivity, as well as Cost Control Management. Additionally, he has received extensive training in Leadership Skills.
