Sarah completed both her Master’s and her Bachelor’s degrees in biology with specializations in fisheries biology. The combination of her education and experience gives Sarah a thorough understanding of the potential impacts of energy projects as well as the mitigation and design measures that can be implemented to avoid or minimize these impacts.
Sarah has a strong understanding of the provincial and federal environmental assessment and permitting processes. She also has solid experience coordinating and managing teams of technical experts in the development of environmental assessment reports, environmental management plans, and monitoring reports. Her experience covers small and large hydroelectric power, wind power, oil and gas, water conveyance, and transportation projects.
