Sarah is the Vice President of Eastern Canada and brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, including a decade as an executive and senior corporate leader in the mining and metals sector. Sarah is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities in Eastern Canada and is focused on strategic growth, key account management and relationship building.
Sarah has a track record of building strong industry connections, mentoring team members, defining program scopes and budgets, improving service delivery efficiency, resolving client issues, and meeting their expectations. She is passionate about the mining industry and the value mining adds to society.
Sarah believes in leading by example and creating a culture of engagement where her team is supported and inspired. A highly collaborative leader, Sarah creates environments where solving challenges with her team and other business practices at Ausenco drives success for all.
Sarah is a member of Women in Mining and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum where she has served in various board and executive roles. She attended Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science (Chemistry) and training in marketing and sales. Sarah brings both strong business and environmental/sustainability acumen to her career in the mining and metals sector.
