Seth is a Professional Agrologist with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience in site assessment and remediation (SAR) projects, including stage 1 and 2 preliminary site investigations (PSIs), detailed site investigations, remedial options evaluations, remediation, detailed human health and ecological risk assessments, and emergency spill response projects throughout Canada.

As a Director in the SAR group, and Lead for the Transportation and Public Works and Government Services Canada accounts, Seth has a thorough knowledge of both the provincial and federal regulatory regimes. He has managed numerous BC Ministry of Environment (ENV) instrument applications, including releases, approvals in principle, determinations, and certificates of compliance, and has achieved site closure through the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) process.

Seth is also experienced in leading contaminated sites programs and teams for large-scale infrastructure projects for the Ministry of Transportation (Kicking-Horse 4-laning program, Highway 91/17 Improvement project, Surrey-Langley Skytrain, George-Massey Crossing, South Fraser Perimeter Road, Highway 1 Improvements), BC Hydro (Site C Dam) and Metro-Vancouver (Annacis Island Water Supply Tunnel).
