Before becoming Vice President, Operations – Consulting, Shelley held several other key senior positions including, Vice President, Vancouver, Vice President, Calgary, and Vice President, Legal & Commercial, Americas. With extensive experience in legal, commercial, health and safety and operations functions, she has developed a deep understanding and insight into our business, people and operations.

Shelley brings 20+ years of experience on both the owner and services sides in the resources sector through her work in executive and operational roles, in-house legal counsel and at private law firms. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, ability to inspire others, and her interest in nurturing people's strengths and developing talent on her team. As a result, her teams are strong and fully focused on developing forward-thinking solutions to provide the best outcomes for clients. Shelley is driven to find a better way.

Shelley holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Manitoba.
