Stan is a Metallurgical Engineer with 29 years of industry experience gained within Australia and international markets. In his roles, Stan has successfully performed operational, flowsheet development, detail design and project management functions on a variety of commodities including precious metals, nickel, cobalt, magnetite, uranium, base metals, fertilisers, and battery minerals.

Some recent projects Stan has been involved in include the Lake Way Project with Salt Lake Potash Limited, Renison Tin Operation Project with Bluestone Mines of Tasmania and many more. He holds a Bachelor of Metalurgical Engineering (Honours) and is an AusIMM Fellow.

Stan is an advocate for implementing new and innovative technologies into the minerals processing industry.
