Tamara has developed global expertise across all stages of project delivery over the last 19 years. Through leadership roles with owner’s teams, equipment manufacturer and engineering teams she understands each stakeholder's requirements.

Tamara is committed to excellence in safety and has experience in construction, commissioning and operations of a major hazardous facility including leading the operation of islanded power generation.

She has extensive greenfield and brownfield experience in nickel, copper, gold, coal, iron ore, alumina, lead, zinc and silver, Coal Seam Methane and Ammonium Nitrate. In 2020, she was the Project Director of an enterprise building feasibility study to develop an underground mine for a mid-tier ASX listed gold company.
