Terry has undertaken lead roles on local and international projects ranging from feasibility studies through to concept designs, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). Terry has worked with and delivered results through Prefeasibility and Feasibility studies for a range of clients including Glencore, Anglo American, BHP and Rio Tinto.

Having commenced his career as a site metallurgist with BHP, Terry is able to utilise his operational experience to ensure the requirements for safety, operability, and reliability are entrenched in order to best deliver on client’ needs.

Terry is actively involved with the coal industry. In September 2020, Terry was elected as Chairman of the Queensland Committee of Australian Coal Preparation Society for this experience, knowledge, and contribution to the Society as well as the Coal industry. Alongside the new responsibilities, he was appointed to the National Board for the Society in 2015 and holds the position of the Board Secretary.
