Toby has over 27 years of experience working on projects as the engineer and owner’s representative, giving him a deep appreciation of project delivery requirements.

Throughout this career, he has been responsible for the mechanical aspects of process plant design from pre-feasibility through to project execution and operations, with particular expertise in project and people management. Most notable is Toby’s extensive project delivery experience from concept through to execution, commissioning and operational handover, which saw him work as a project manager / construction supervisor. He has also worked closely with operations teams facilitating stakeholder engagement, QA/QC acceptance of equipment and the integration into operation and reliability teams for plant owners.

Toby is based out of the Brisbane office where he leads a versatile team consisting of mechanical, piping, structural, civil engineers and designers. His team forms the core of a multidisciplinary project group delivering minerals processing plants in domestic and international markets. He is a passionate leader who is excited about exploring innovative technologies that maximises his team’s productivity to ultimately result in successful outcomes for clients.

Toby holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and an Associate Diploma in Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology.
