For the last two decades of his career, Todd has held leadership positions overseeing strategy and growth development for coastal, marine terminals, ports, flood control, resiliency, engineering, and program and construction management projects.
A proven leader, Todd has successfully built multiple services lines from the ground up, created successful corporate strategies in multiple countries and business lines, and managed operations throughout the US East and Gulf Coasts, Caribbean, and Central America. He also brings experience as a member of the Board of Directors for Genesis Water, a water technology company providing end-to-end dewatering solutions for dredging projects and industrial disposal clean-up in the mining and oil and gas industries. This experience has provided him with a valuable board perspective that influences his leadership decisions.
Todd holds a Master of Science in civil/ocean and coastal engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, both from Purdue University in Indiana, United States of America. He has also taken several strategy development and senior leadership courses throughout the course of his career.
