Vicki Heron

Vicki Heron's key area of technical expertise is in the project management and direction of environmental impact assessment and permitting projects within the transport, energy, oil and gas, water, waste and manufacturing sectors. As a result of her experience and technical background Vicki is able to lead and direct large projects and multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the production of robust, focused, cohesive and clear documentation to the highest standard while minimizing any project risks and managing the project finances, program and quality in accordance with client and stakeholder requirements. While specializing in environmental planning and permitting, Vicki has also managed projects within a wide range of areas including, Indigenous engagement and employment, public and stakeholder consultation, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, environmental management systems, program evaluation, environmental training and resource efficiency.
