His international project experience enables him to work effectively with diverse groups, focusing on effective communication to achieve results.

His advisory experience for mining and energy corporates spans from strategy development with general managers to continuous improvement initiatives with operators. This experience has given Victor a comprehensive understanding of client’s businesses from diverse perspectives, enabling him to drive changes that improve production, reduce costs and minimise risks to people and the environment.

Victor obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Cranfield School of Management and a Master of Science in Pipeline Engineering from Newcastle University, both in the UK. Prior to this, he received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela.
