As part of the builds, Ausenco personnel will work alongside Habitat for Humanity volunteers and partner families to build housing for low-income families.
Ausenco has been involved with Habitat for Humanity since 2013 but this is the first year the organisation has provided funding at the national “Craftsman sponsor” level.
“The builds we have been involved with have been tremendously successful with a high level of interest from employees and heart-warming stories from the new homeowners,” said Peter Bokor, Executive Vice President, North America. “We are pleased to continue our involvement with Habitat through this donation.”
“We are thrilled and grateful for the support of Ausenco to our projects in Canada,” said David Bowden interim president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity Canada. Habitat for Humanity Canada’s mission to provide safe, decent and affordable home ownership opportunities to Canadian families is only possible through the gifts of our great corporate partners, volunteers, and donors”.
