For a second year in a row, Ausenco has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. Ausenco’s Sustainability Practice, the former Hemmera, won the award in 2020 and 2021. This award recognizes employers that offer the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers.
“At Ausenco, we know that where you start matters. We proudly offer a robust mentoring program and global, diverse opportunities to students and new graduates that will set them up for success ,” says Simon Cmrlec. “We create a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters growth, development and creativity so our young professional can make a real impact in our company, projects and community.”
What can students and graduates expect at Ausenco?
You will learn from mentors, expand your professional network, take part in decisions and make real contributions to project outcomes. We identify early talent from our Undergraduate Program and transition them to our Graduate Program, where participants complete rotations every six months to give them experience in project delivery, consulting, operations and business leadership. All students and young employees have opportunities to grow technically, professionally and personally.
