Ausenco was nominated for the award by Queensland University of Technology (QUT), for our 27+ years of philanthropic support for communities in which we live and work.
The QCF Philanthropist of the Year Awards celebrate philanthropic contributions to the community. Categories include Community, Emerging, Corporate, Small/ Medium Enterprises and Higher Education Philanthropist of the Year. The winners were announced on 15 May at a gala luncheon, the flagship event of QCF Philanthropy Week from 8 -15 June 2018.
Respecting community and environment is core to Ausenco’s ethos. Over the past three years Ausenco has contributed an estimated AU$131,000 p.a. to charities globally. While we always aim to lead by example in funding and participating in local, national and global initiatives, it is our employees’ dedication and involvement in community activities and fundraising that truly makes the difference.
