Lima, Peru September 6, 2023. Ausenco's local, regional, and global leaders will attend the 36th edition of one of the leading mining conferences in the world, the Perumin Mining Convention.

The Ausenco Sustainability team will be part of the Technology, Innovation and Sustainability (TIS) Forum. Giselle Vera, Mine Closure Leader, will present on "Sustainable assessment of closure alternatives for concentrator plants in Peru" on Wednesday, September 27 at 9:20 am in the Carrillo Zevallos room at the venue. Gabriel Castillo, ESG and Climate Change Director, will also present on the same day and location at 1:30 pm. He will share insights on "Climate risk and ecosystem-based adaptation strategies: Opportunities for the mining industry."

Juan José Becker, Process Leader, Chile, will also prominently participate in the forum. He will present on the "Use of dynamic simulation tools for process optimization" on Thursday, September 28 at 8:20 am.

Ausenco is the main sponsor of the Australia Night Cocktail Reception, organized by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade). The event is on Tuesday, September 26 at 7:00 pm at the Parador Molino Blanco.
