Our offices in Chile and Peru were once again recognized among the best companies for young professionals by the Employers for Youth (EFY) ranking. EFY is a prestigious international study that measures the perception of employees between the ages of 18 and 35 on the best workplaces for young people in each country.
This year, our Chile office ranked 24th in the study, which represents a jump of 67 places from our 2022 place (91st), while our Peru office ranked 35th.
EFY, created by the FirstJob platform, is a quantitative study that has gathered information from more than 100,000 young professionals around the world, who are consulted on recognition, infrastructure, career development, benefits, talent, work environment, quality of life, reputation, innovation, diversity and culture of applicant companies.
