Anuj is passionate about innovation and technology within engineering, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and used effectively in the industry.

Anuj joined Ausenco in 2006 as a graduate engineer. Since then he has held various roles across the engineering design, systems and innovation areas prior to being appointed as VP Technology Services & Solutions in 2018. In his current role he leads a global team of IT professionals, supporting the company in 26 offices across 16 countries.

During his time at Ausenco, Anuj has gained expertise in the integration of systems and processes with a key concentration on information management. He has spent time within Ausenco’s various offices globally, deploying new systems and standardizing best practices, with a focus on transitioning legacy systems and infrastructure to new platforms, while tailoring change management practices to suit different cultures.

Anuj has also held project management and business analyst roles which involved business process reengineering, database management and systems improvements, optimisation and integration.

In 2014, Anuj received the Innovation in Mining and Metals award at the Bentley Year in Infrastructure Conference for his design, implementation and successful use of an in-house developed revision control system that provided tangible savings on the Constancia project in Peru.

Prior to joining Ausenco, Anuj spent two years as a graduate engineer on the $2 billion Gove aluminum refinery project.

He also holds a Masters of Business, majoring in International Business, equipping him with valuable knowledge and insight for managing a diverse global team.
