Claude has close to 30 years of engineering and design experience in the energy and power industry, leading electrical generation and distribution projects for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. He has expertise in delivering and managing electrical engineering and consulting projects, including large coal fired steam turbine generation, gas turbine generation, high voltage substations and static var compensation, medium and low voltage distribution, behind meter power generation, building electrical services, and solar and battery energy storage projects.

Focused on collaboration, Claude has experience in coordinating and delivering multi-discipline solutions. His daily work includes system study and analysis, layout design, equipment selection and installation, and analysis of cable raceway, lighting, grounding and protection, and green energy options. Claude brings an in-depth understanding of regulatory standards and codes for power products and services.

Claude is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, Alberta, and New Brunswick. Claude graduated from North China Electric Power University in Baoding, China, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He then completed his Master of Science in electrical engineering at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
