Emilio is a highly skilled and experienced leader in the Peruvian construction industry. As Construction Manager, he leads teams on EPC/EPCM and CM projects during the execution stage with a strong focus on safety and completing the project on time and on budget.

Emilio excels in leading high-performing constructability teams and creates a work environment that fosters innovation and generate valuable solutions for clients. He brings his strategic vision, outstanding track record in project management and commitment to health, safety and the environment to every study and engineering stage of the project.

Innovation is a key driver in his work. He has created a systematic benchmarking program for construction projects and implemented advanced tools and programs for constructability, which allowed 3D/4D three-dimensional visualization to identify potential restrictions and interferences and optimize the construction process.

Emilio’s leadership was key in the successful delivery of the Third Ball Mill project at Las Bambas in the Apurimac region of Peru. He seamlessly led multidisciplinary teams of 25 people and worked closely with the client and contractors to deliver the project with no injuries and on schedule while meeting all the requirements.

Emilio is a Mechanical Engineer from the Catholic University of Santa Maria in Arequipa and holds a master's degree in engineering and project management from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
