As Vice President - Western Australia and Africa, Greg brings deep expertise in the global minerals and metals industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-performing outcomes in complex and culturally diverse environments.
He is passionate about building inclusive, results-driven teams with a focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement. Greg has held financial responsibility through most of his career and is recognised for his clear communication, collaborative approach, and ability to align teams around shared goals. His experience spans project development, strategy, project execution, and organisational transformation.
Before joining Ausenco, Greg led Wood’s global project development team and previously headed its Australian Minerals & Metals business for over a decade. He has built and led teams across multiple regions, secured new business and delivered successful studies and projects through multidisciplinary specialist and functional teams.
Greg began his career as a metallurgist and holds undergraduate and honours degrees in Chemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He also completed a master’s in business leadership through the University of South Africa’s Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
