Guillermo is Head of Business development for Chile. In this role, he oversees how we connect and align our client interactions and pursuits to enhance our brand and support the growth of the Ausenco business.
With over 44 years of experience in key leadership roles in operations, project development and executive management, Guillermo is a highly accomplished professional in the mining industry. He has spent time as General Superintendent at Cerro Colorado Mining Company, COO at Teck Chile, and Operations Manager at SNC Lavalin Chile. He joined Ausenco in 2017, working in different roles and leading projects for Coroccohuayco, Antapaccay, Los Pelambres, Puquios, Marimaca and Esperanza, to name just a few.
Guillermo holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Chile and has a distinguished list of continued learning accomplishments across both technical and leadership competencies.
