Jorge is Senior Director of Project Services for our South America operations. In this role, he leads the development of strategies to strengthen disciplines across the region, from the study phase to project execution, with a special focus on large-scale initiatives. His main responsibility is to consolidate these disciplines regionally, promote best practices, and capture lessons learned, actively supporting teams in Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil.

With over 30 years of experience across various industries, Jorge has held executive and leadership positions in both corporate environments and projects, including Country Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Management Manager, Project Controls Manager, and Project Manager. He has worked on national and international initiatives for consulting firms as well as Owners.

He has strong experience managing complex, multidisciplinary, and multicultural projects in countries such as Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Australia. Jorge has participated in all stages of the project lifecycle, from conceptual studies to execution, construction, procurement, and contracts, in sectors such as mining (over 25 years), telecommunications, oil & gas, and infrastructure.

He holds a Construction Engineering degree from the National Technological University of Argentina, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI-USA), and is currently enrolled in the Steering Complex Projects program at the University of Cambridge.
