I work closely with clients to develop effective, timely and cost-efficient solutions.

Kelvin supports multi-sector client projects involving hydrogeology, remediation, risk assessments, hydrogeological studies, environmental site assessments and waste management. His role ranges from leadership positions, where he collaborates with project managers and technical leaders to support the execution of project deliverables, to hands-on involvement in project tasks. These tasks include field work, data interpretation, report preparation, peer review, liability assessment and management, and providing technical expertise for environmental site assessments and remediation.

With a proven track record in technical and management functions, Kelvin acts as a team leader, training, mentoring, and supervising project staff. Leveraging his expertise in remediation and his experience as a senior contaminant hydrogeologist, he has developed policies and procedures on both local and national scales.

Kelvin has worked on projects across Canada, from remediating potash mines in New Brunswick, assessing fuel oil tanks and spillways in Nunavut, delineating and monitoring radioactive contaminated sites in Manitoba, in-situ remediation of numerous Imperial Oil Limited (IOL) idstream and downstream sites in Ontario, and assessing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) impacted midstream sites in Alberta.

Kelvin is a licensed professional in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario, with an in-depth knowledge of regulations and federal Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) guidelines. He obtained a bachelor’s in science, specialising in earth resources, from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
