As an IRCA-certified lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Leon takes a comprehensive approach to assurance. He leverages his understanding of the interface between ISO 9001: Quality Management System, ISO 14001: Environmental Management System and ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to considers risk, process interactions and process efficiency.
Holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, he applies these principles to support management system process efficiency for clients. Identifying best practices and potential areas for improvement, Leon brings a holistic approach to management systems. His extensive experience in environmental management drives his well-rounded understanding of the subject matter, enabling him to provide insightful recommendations for improvement.
As Quality Lead for North America, he implements ISO 9001 requirements into our management system. Driving process improvements to increase operational efficiency, Leon formulates strategies to support compliance with professional governance and other regulatory requirements and develops internal audit systems to evaluate performance.
