Matt has experience across different mining commodities in Australia along with providing remote and on-site support to global regions including North America, South America and South-East Asia. He leverages his mechanical engineering background and post-graduate studies in engineering management to support asset improvement strategy development and implementation.
Matt has experience working with mobile and fixed-plant and applies learnings after witnessing and helping to resolve countless equipment failures over the course of his career. His primary focus is on effective risk management and continuous improvement, which both rely on understanding and proactively addressing root causes.
He is currently based out of the Brisbane Ausenco office and has worked with clients in Australia as well as the Philippines. He speaks fluent Spanish and has experience working in Chile.
