Our mission is to use the latest technology to create innovative ways to visualize, interact with, and communicate, projects more effectively to all stakeholders such as communities, shareholders, managers and the media.

Roberto has over 10 years of experience in civil design and 3D digital modelling/animation for engineering and construction projects in the mining industry. His expertise combines both technical and creative work, having executed civil works supervision and mining drilling, as well as CAD workgroups and more elaborate projects for civil design with animation and 3D modelling.

As the leader of the Virtualizations & New Technologies group based in our Santiago office, Roberto is responsible for leading his team in developing new ways to visualize and interact with clients' projects. To achieve this, the team employs GIS tools, CAD, UAV data & management, digital information (of the project), software and digital animation techniques. The team is also mandated to research and adapt new technologies, for later application in engineering our client’s projects.

Roberto's drive for innovation has benefitted clients. For example, his team developed communication tools that present intuitively the magnitude of a project, to communicate more easily with non-technical stakeholders such as; communities, shareholders, board members, government agencies, media and the general public. I Roberto has collaborated closely with clients on the following key mining projects; Antamina Project (Compañía Minera Antamina) in Peru, Valentine Gold Project (Marathon Gold Corp.) in Canada, Josemaría Project (Josemaría Resources Inc.) in Argentina.

Roberto is working towards a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National University of Cuyo in Argentina and has a diploma in Digital Design and Animation.
