Carolina provides integrated technical expertise and project leadership across complex, multidisciplinary logistics projects, port infrastructure and waterway transport, primarily supporting the mining and energy sectors.

Her approach combines a holistic, systems-oriented perspective with strategic insight, enabling the development of logistics solutions that drive business optimisation and performance, supporting clients in navigating complex logistics chains and infrastructure interfaces. Beyond mining, her expertise in logistics integration and energy transition has supported the development of energy-to-market strategies, including renewable hydrogen and derivatives.

Carolina’s professional experience spans Latin America, where she has led major consulting assignments and projects, and contributed to academic research and scientific publications. She holds a master’s degree in coastal engineering and port development from the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft, the Netherlands.
