With over 20 years of managerial experience, Eriko is a skilled communicator with expertise in environmental assessments, marine conservation, sustainability, strategic planning, business case analysis, non-profit management, and cross-sector partnerships. Eriko leads multi-disciplinary teams to achieve clear and quality results to her clients’ top environmental and sustainability challenges. A collaborative leader, she inspires team members to excel, building high-functioning teams that consistently deliver exceptional results.
In her role as Senior Director, Eriko provides leadership on business strategy, streamlining project delivery and enhancing client outcomes across the organisation. She will also assume executive sponsor responsibilities for clients, maintaining strong, ongoing engagement to ensure priorities are understood, outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives, and value is consistently delivered.
Eriko holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of British Columbia.
