Jillian Ladegard is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in full lifecycle project execution and governance. She has led multinational teams and delivered vertically integrated solutions across mining, infrastructure, power, water and environmental sectors.
Under her leadership, she delivered large-scale mining and infrastructure projects with improved capital efficiency and managed operating assets to reduced operating costs. Jillian combines deep industry knowledge with a collaborative solution-focused approach to unlock value for clients, optimise performance and advance critical projects.
In her role as VP & Country Head of Business Development, USA, Jillian will manage key client accounts, lead growth strategies to strengthen our market presence in the region, and deliver practical, innovative solutions that support the long-term success of our clients and their projects.
Jillian has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Prior to this, she obtained a Masters in mechanical engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering.
