Our commitment is to provide our clients with high-quality services that enhance and add value to their project. When we do not have these capabilities in house, we establish strategic joint ventures and alliances. These allow us to expand what we can offer clients.

Regional Economic Solutions (RES)

Regional Economic Solutions (RES) was formed in 2013 through the common desire of its business Directors, Leann Wilson and Mal Meninga, to bring about real economic change for Indigenous Australians.

RES brings together Indigenous knowledge and experience working in communities nationally and internationally. Its experience at the local level extends to Indigenous engagement, native title, cultural heritage, capacity development and economic development. Its focus is on working with, traditional owners groups, government and other stakeholders to build Indigenous businesses and Indigenous business capacity, so that those Indigenous businesses may be brought into a project supply chain.

Ausenco and Kramer Ausenco can engage RES to provide specialist advisory services to provide high level advice and assistance in areas such as government relations, investor/stakeholder management, crisis management, and complex or sensitive legal, commercial and regulatory issues, as well as community relationships.

Our teams understand that for any project to be successful, particularly those in remote locations, effective engagement with stakeholders including the local community is imperative. Close attention to health and safety is matched by a focus on the protection of the local environment and the training, development and integration of local personnel into a project’s workforce.
