Eduardo has extensive experience managing professionals and leading junior consultants, prioritizing safety and client satisfaction. His expertise includes tailings storage facility and leach pad design, on-site quality assurance, field geotechnical site investigations and instrumentation installation. He has successfully delivered projects across Mexico, the United States and South America.
His expertise extends to conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed designs for tailings storage facilities and waste dumps. He has participated in dam safety inspections and contributed to both greenfield and brownfield mining projects.
Acting as the lead civil design engineer, Eduardo has worked on numerous projects for industry leading clients such as Discovery Silver, Capstone Mining, SilverCrest, and Endeavour Silver. He contributed to the feasibility study for the Cordero Silver Project, situated in Chihuahua, Mexico which is the largest undeveloped silver reserve in the world.
Eduardo is a member of the Geosynthetics Institute and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua in Mexico.
